Shipping Policy
Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Indonesia)
We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders:
- Standard Shipping (2-5 business days): IDR 20.000 - 50.000, depending on your location.
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): IDR 50.000 - 100.000, available for select locations.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over IDR 1.000.000.
International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
- Standard International (7-14 business days): Starting from IDR 250.000.
- Express International (3-5 business days): Starting from IDR 500.000.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website or contact our customer service team for assistance.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items on sale or marked as final sale
- Intimates and bodysuits
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered
- Gift cards
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want is available, we'll help you process the exchange. If not, we'll guide you through the return process.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process:
- Contact our customer service team at hello@BossLelang.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Package the item securely with all original tags and include the return form provided by our customer service team.
- Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. This typically takes 3-5 business days to process, though it may take longer for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and refund your original shipping costs.
