Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

For domestic orders within Indonesia, shipping typically takes 2-5 business days. International shipping can take 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to track your package at any time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and times vary by location. Please note that any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@BossLelang.com. We can only change the address if the order hasn't been processed yet.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for more details.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@BossLelang.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes, exchanges are available for different sizes of the same item, subject to availability. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive your returned item(s), it typically takes 3-5 business days to process your refund. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

How do I find the right size?

You can refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements for each product category. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.

Are the colors on the website accurate?

We make every effort to display the colors of our products accurately. However, the actual colors you see depend on your monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Are your products sustainable?

We are committed to increasing the sustainability of our products. Many of our items are made with eco-friendly materials, and we're continuously working to improve our manufacturing processes and supply chain.

Do you offer custom orders?

We don't currently offer custom orders. However, we regularly release new collections, so be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on our latest offerings.
